This was hands down the best vehicle repair experience I’ve ever had. My service advisor, Gabriel, was absolutely incredible. Long story short, I’ve taken my truck to 5 separate Dealer Service Centers over the last 18 months. 140 days of which were spent at the Dealer Service Center. Ultimately, they were unable to fix the problem (they actually made it severely worse). I brought my truck into PTR, explained the issue to Gabriel, he knew exactly what to look for and had the truck fixed in 10 days. Had there not been some specialized parts that needed to be ordered, I have no doubt they could’ve had it back to me in a few days. Not only did they fix the original issue, they also repaired my alarm and horn wiring (theft attempt), and also fixed my backup camera (it would shutter off and on in reverse). On top of all that, the total cost came in ~$,1000 LESS than the original quoted price. I truly cannot say enough great things about these guys. Shops like this are rare these days. I’m referring everyone I know to them. Thank you Gabriel and PTR for saving me from this truck nightmare. I cannot thank you enough.

$1k to do a diagnostic. Told me van was repaired. I arrived to receive the van, paid $2000 to fix a switch and sensor. Left only to find check engine light still on. Recommended i pay them another $300 for another diagnostic and it would require another day to give me a quote to fix. No thanks. Also charged a 3% credit card fee but did not tell me this until I was paying. No signs and no fees were indicated in the quote. Bring your cash and debit card….a lot of it.

Up and above any repair shop I’ve used in the past. The service was exceptional. Had a lot of repairs to do and got me out in one day. I was very happy with the service. I would recommend it to all our drivers.

Nothing short of amazing. A friend of mine had a trailer that had low pressure on the tires, about to tow something and felt unsafe. The closest place to us was peninsula Truck. I walked in asked Gabriel. Do you have somebody that can help us? Sure enough. One of his employees came to help us with a great attitude, take care of all the tires on the trailer when I asked. Gabriel, what do we owe you? He said it was just air and pressure on the tires. Don't worry about it. Would I go anywhere else after that? I don't think so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Way to go guys. Thank you so much. You made our day today.
